Paint Room

Our Room Painting Service includes labor and materials for interior wall and trim painting in a 12x12 room. We use high-quality latex-based paint and primer in one, with flat, satin, or eggshell finishes. Pricing includes overage for typical waste and future repairs. Labor covers up to 3 hours of prep work per 100 SF (cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching), caulking, spot priming, and applying two coats of paint. The service also includes painting up to 2 doors and trim. All necessary supplies, such as masking tape, primers, and cleanup materials, are provided.
